In 2007, she was arrested for driving under the influence after being pulled over for flicking a cigarette out her car window. In August 2024, the Disney Channel actress was arrested at the Universal Studios theme park in Los Angeles. She was determined to be the primary aggressor in a domestic dispute and was arrested for spousal battery. Her case will be sent to the Van Nuys Superior Court House for filing.
